Hi, I’m Natacha!

I’m originally from Switzerland and now living in Madrid. I’m a mother and a passionate traveler. In my free time, you’ll usually find me horseback riding or reading a good book.
My path hasn’t been linear, it’s taken me through law, economics, entrepreneurship, and now psychology and coaching. What connects it all is a deep interest in people:
how we think, grow, adapt, and start over when life changes unexpectedly.

But for much of my life, I wasn’t sure where I truly belonged.

That question, of identity, purpose, and reinvention, led me to coaching. First as a client, when I needed clarity. Then as a coach, when I realized how powerful it is to walk alongside someone on their path back to themselves.

My background is eclectic — I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (University of Fribourg, Switzerland), and a Master’s in Economics and Public Policy (Lugano and Milan). In 2009, I moved to Panama and co-founded a law firm. In 2019, life brought me to Venezuela, where I became a Certified Professional Coach through the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador in Caracas. Today, I’m also pursuing a degree in Psychology at UNIR in Spain.

I bring this layered perspective, part legal and economic, part deeply human, into my coaching.

Yes, I’m practical and analytical. But the heart of my work lies in holding space for people who are navigating change, identity shifts, or moments of starting over.
